2 roast levels, French (ultralight) and Nordic.

Both are fairly easy to extract and brew, but needs rest.

Roasts for florality and some herbals, fairly mild acidity / sweetness / juiciness. Willing to tolerate green / peanut for maximum aroma and at the expense of acidity.
