Overall, 50-100-50 seemed to give more sweetness and a simpler cup, while 50-75-75 gave more fruits and a more complex cup. 4.5 flirted with over extraction and produced too dense of a cup.

Current ideal seems like 50-80-80 at 4.8 or so. More water to capture remaining goodness, and a bit finer to not compromise body.
